Akshara & Vivaan’s fresh romance in ‘Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana’

Akshara Haasan and Vivaan Shah are working together on Manish Harishankar’s ‘Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana’. The actors are working together for the first time, and the director says that the story is a fresh take on love.

Harishankar told TOI, “It is a full blown entertainer with a fresh take on love. The plot revolves around Vivaan and Akshara’s dreams and their deep-rooted Indian values, which are essential to espouse this romantic story.”

Producers T.P. Aggarwal and Rahul Aggarwal said, “We liked the plot in the first narration itself. After watching the rough cut, we are confident the film is in the right hands. The best part is that it is a complete family package.”

The film is slated to release next summer and also stars Gurmeet Choudhary.
