Akshara Haasan to be established in Bollywood before other industries

Having shared the screen space with none other than Amitabh Bachchan in her debut film, it’s no surprise that film makers from other industries want to have Akshara Haasan on board for their projects too. However, the actress seems to have other plans, and wants her career to go in a certain way.

When asked if she would in fact make films in other languages such as Tamil and Telegu,��Indian Express reported Haasan stating, “I would love to (do Tamil and Telugu films), but right now is not the time for me to go there. I would like to settle my feet first in Bollywood and then move there.”

Being the daughter of veteran actor’s Kumal Haasan and Sarika, the young actress like any child star would love to share the screen space with her parents. However, it seems she wants to become more of an established actress herself, before taking that step too. “I would actually like to establish myself as an actor first because both my parents are powerful and strong actors so, I need to up my game before I could dare sharing the screen space with both of them,” Haasan (Akshara) expressed.

Here’s hoping the future is bright for this young star, and her dreams of working with her parents will be a part of that.
