Ajay Devgn’s ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ lands in legal bother


Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ has got itself in some legal bother, which will be heard in a court this week.

The film, based on the Maratha warrior, has been slammed for not doing justice to his lineage, according to a petition by Akhil Bhartiya Kshatriya Koli Rajput Sangh Delhi.

“A petition has been filed in Delhi High Court regarding Ajay Devgan & Kajol starer upcoming movie ‘Tanhaji-The Unsung Warrior.’ Akhil Bhartiya Kshatriya Koli Rajput Sangh Delhi, has approached Court claiming that director of the film has concealed true lineage of Tanaji Malusare,” tweeted the wire agency, adding, “The matter has been listed for hearing on 19th December in Delhi High Court.”

It also stars Kajol and Saif Ali Khan. The hearing takes place in Delhi High Court on 19th December 2019.
