The 2018 Ajay Devgn release ‘Raid’ is set for a sequel.
The film is based on the income tax raid conducted by the officers of the Income Tax department on Sardar Inder Singh in the 1980s. Bollywood Hungama reports that ‘Raid 2’ will be based on the real-lfe story of multiple raids at the houses and factories of perfume trader Piyush Jain in Kanpur and Kannauj.
The news has been confirmed by producer Kumar Mangat Pathak.
