Ajay Devgn’s ‘De De Pyaar De’ leaked online

The much awaited rom-com ‘De De Pyaar De’ (2019) released on Friday to an average opening at the box office. However, the Ajay Devgn, Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh starrer fell victim to piracy and the film was leaked online.

According to FirstPost, this was done by renowned piracy website Tamilrockers, who have released many big budget films from Bollywood within a day of releasing, such as, ‘Gully Boy’ (2019), ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ (2018), ‘Kalank’ (2019), ‘2.0’ (2018). The South Indian Film industry was also targeted, with ‘Petta’ (2019), ‘Visvasama’ (2019) and ‘Vanathaan Rajavathaan Varuven’ (2018) unable to escape the same fate.

The government has banned Tamilrockers from carrying out such acts, but they still remain a threat to South Asian cinema.
