Ajay Devgn to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Baiju Bawra’?

Just days after Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced his upcoming film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ with Alia Bhatt, the maverick filmmaker has taken the opportunity of Diwali to announce his next ‘Baiju Bawra’.

In a social media post by the Bhansali Productions account, it announced that ‘Baiju Bawra’ will hit cinemas on Diwali 2021. The film will be a revenge story about the maverick maestro.

Now rumours are rife about the cast of the film, with latest buzz suggesting that Ajay Devgn could be roped in for the project. If true, this would be the first time Bhansali and Devgn will be reuniting after ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ back in 1999. There have already been rumours of Devgn returning to the Bhansali camp after a number of years, so could ‘Baiju Bawra’ be in the film in question?
