Ajay Devgn to star in remake of ‘Kaithi’?

There have been rumours for some time that 2019 Tamil film ‘Kaithi’ would be getting a remake in Hindi. There have also been some names flying about associated to the project but nothing confirmed as yet. In fact, the latest rumour attacheds Ajay Devgn to the film.

Pinkvilla report a source stating, “Ajay Devgn is being considered to play Karthi’s role in the remake. He has watched the Tamil film and narration of the Hindi adaptation has also happened. He’s very keen to do the film and has expressed his interest in the same. The deal is almost locked and the final modalities are being worked out currently before the team makes the official announcement”.

The story surrounds a prisoner who is released ad ends up in trouble in exchange for meeting his daughter.
