Ajay Devgn to produce TV series on Baba Ramdev

Ajay Devgn is set to produce a television series on yoga guru Baba Ramdev.

The series will be a biopic, chronicling Ramdev’s life so far alongside his partner Acharya Balakrishna’s life too.  Bollywood Hungama reported sources as stating “The show will celebrate Baba’s journey from a life of anonymity to a national icon, international cult figure and now business mogul.”

Abhinav Shukla will be directing the show tentatively titled ‘Swami Baba Ramdev: The Untold Story’.  It was to feature Vikrant Masset essaying the role of Ramdev but the actor had to withdraw due to personal reasons.

Devgn has already forayed into television with his series ‘Devi’ and looks set to continue with his banner producing this series too.
