The last time we saw Ajay Devgn in a Prakash Jha production was five years ago in ‘Satyagraha’ (2013) and now it’s rumoured that they may be teaming up once again.
Reported in DNA India, an industry insider has shared that their next film will be based on a realistic subject, which Jha has apparently discussed with the ‘Baadshaho’ (2017) actor. “Ajay and Prakashji have collaborated for some interesting films inspired by real incidents. The new subject, too, is in that space and is relevant for the present times,” says the source.
Devgn who is also part of the epic historical drama ‘Taanaji: The Unsung War hero’, has several other films in the pipeline, which will see the ‘Raid’ (2018) actor in various roles, such as Neeraj Pandey’s ‘Chanakya’, a sports drama for Boney Kapoor’s next, Luv Ranjan’s romcom with Ranbir Kapoor, as well as Indra Kumar’s ‘Total Dhamaal’ and Akiv Ali’s ‘De De Pyaar De’ all releasing over the coming months.
