Ajay Devgn confirms Luv Ranjan’s film with Ranbir Kapoor not shelved

There were rumours recently that Luv Ranjan’s movie which would bring together Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor had been put on the backburner. However, the former has now confirmed that film is still very much going ahead.

“It is happening but, because I am so stuck up, and pushing dates. It will happen by the end of 2020 hopefully,” said Devgn, as reported by Pinkvilla.

He went on to say, “Luv has really liked the script and wants to make his most ambitious project which is a magnum opus. But with Ranbir Kapoor busy with Brahmastra and Ajay with his other lineups, it has become very difficult to manage dates of both the actors. But, hopefully, they are looking to roll next year-end.”

No doubt it’ll be interesting to see who ends up as the female lead as it was said that Deepika Padukone had stepped away from the project.
