Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: “Like to strike a balance between my work & motherhood”

‘Jazbaa’ will see beauty queen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan return to the screens after a five-year hiatus. The actress said in a recent interview that she like to make sure there is a fair balance between her career and motherhood.

She is reported by Deccan Chronicle as saying, “I never strategise my life.��All I can say is that I am a committed professional and a committed mother too. I like to strike a balance between my work and my motherhood status. Life changes on a daily basis and thus we have to prioritise on work as well as on the home front. It took me six months since I said yes to Sanjay Gupta for Jazbaa. As an artist I have been raring to go and the day things start rolling that day seemed to be the right day”.

She also spoke about social media, “I am not on any social networking site. If I want to share anything I go on Abhishek�۪s account and share my greetings and well wishes with my fans and my people”.

It has been said that Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya was with her on the sets of ‘Jazbaa’ and that she was very attentive and professional having her around.

‘Jazbaa’ is set for release on 9th October.
