Aishwarya confirmed for Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘Durga Rani’ & ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was seen in ��Jazbaa�۪ which released this month after a five-year hiatus from the big screen. She is believed to be shooting currently for Karan Johar�۪s next directorial, ��Ae Dil Hai Mushkil�۪ and will soon begin Omung Kumar directed biopic ��Sarabjit�۪. However, BizAsia can confirm that the actress has given her nod to two films to be made by Sujoy Ghosh.

Bachchan confirmed to Subhash K Jha, ���I�۪ve agreed to do Sujoy�۪s Durga Rani and the screen adaptation of Keigo Huganshino�۪s Japanese novel The Devotion Of Suspect X. I don�۪t know which one he will start first. We are working on that�۝.

She commented further, ���I�۪ve known Sujoy from the time he made his first film Jhankar Beats. He has been offering me films since then. I loved the two films that he offered me now. So I said yes to them.�۝

Ghosh has previously worked with Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan. No doubt these projects with the Bachchan bahu will also be heavily anticipated.
