Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in talks for ‘Andhadhun’ Tamil remake

2018’s ‘Andhadhun’, which was made by Sriram Raghavan, is a film which wowed the audiences – so much so that it is being remade in Tamil. News has it that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been approached to play a one of the female leads.

The JJ Fredrick directorial will apparently be the comeback vehicle of Prashanth. Producer Thiagarajan confirmed to India Today, “We are in talks with Aishwarya Rai. However, she is yet to sign the project”.

Rai Bachchan last shared the screen with Prashanth in 1998 film ‘Jeans’ and it would be interesting to see them come together again.

‘Andhadhun’ bagged Ayushmann Khurrana the National Award and news has it that Prashanth has lost 23 kilos to fit into the character.
