AIIMS refutes allegations of Sushant’s family lawyer on actor’s “strangulation”

AIIMS have reportedly handed over their “conclusive” reports on the death of Sushant Singh Rajput to the CBI today and the Director of the AIIMS Forensic Board has rubbished a statement made by the actor’s family lawyer who said that someone from the authority had said the actor did not die by suicide on 14th June, but actually from “strangulation”.

The director of the board, Dr Sudhir Gupta, is quoted by E Times, “It is for them [CBI]to take a call and bring it to the public domain. It is only when it is in the public domain that the family will be in a position to take some legal repose. Right now, we are helpless. We don’t know which direction this case is going”.

The CBI are going to take into account all the forensic reports, statements and evidence gathered from the scene as well as the AIIMS report before they deliver their final verdict on the actor’s death.
