Ahmed Khan replaces Anees Bazmee as director of ‘Welcome 3’?

With his last film ‘Batla House’ proving a huge success at the box office, John Abraham is gearing up for some light humour in the form of ‘Welcome 3’.

Earlier reports suggested that Anees Bazmee would return as director of the popular franchise. However, SpotBoye reports that its actually Ahmed Khan, who has been roped in to helm the project. The first two ‘Welcome’ films were directed by Bazmee and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. It now seems Nadiadwala has chosen Khan to take the franchise forward.
