After Niti Taylor, Zaan Khan joins Star Plus’ ‘Ishqbaaz’

Star Plus’ popular series’ ‘Ishqbaaz’ has constantly been making the headlines for its ongoing cast changes.

After the exit of its original cast members, excluding Nakuul Mehta, the recent addition to the show was Niti Taylor. The former ‘Ghulaam’ star will eventually been seen on the show playing the love interest of Mehta’s character, Shivaansh Singh Oberoi.

Times Of India reports that former ‘Naamkarann’ star Zaan Khan has joined ‘Ishqbaaz’ and will play a character of a negative shade. He told the publication, “Yes, I am joining Ishqbaaz as the antagonist. I will play Varun, a young entrepreneur. It’s an amazing character and challenging at the same time. This is the first time, I would be playing a part, which oscillates between positive and negative. Varun is two-faced. While he behaves like the quintessential good boy in front of the Oberois, his real and scheming side comes to the fore when he is not with them.”
