Aditya Roy Kapur & Tara Sutaria to star in Ahmed Khan’s next?

Aditya Roy Kapur and Tara Sutaria are reportedly being lined-up for Ahmed Khan’s upcoming film.

PinkVilla reports that the action thriller, is expected to star the two actors, who were previously touted to share the screen for Mohit Suri’s ‘Do Villain’ before he opted out.

A source told the publication, “Tara has been approached for the Ahmed Khan film opposite Adi. She has liked the story but she is yet to sign on the dotted line. It all depends on her schedule and the dates that Adi and Ahmed decide to shoot the film on. The film is tentatively titled Om. It’s a high octane actioner and will also have Tara playing a pivotal action-oriented role.”

A source earlier told the portal, “Adi didn’t like how John’s role was overpowering his in the film. Like the title suggests, both of them play bad men or villains in the film. Every character has its importance but Adi was of the opinion that John has a meatier part and he wasn’t quite happy about it. He seemed insecure of his positioning in the film.” Reportedly, Aditya and director Mohit Suri, had a conversation on this topic. “They both spoke about it and Mohit even assured Adi that he will get equal footing in the film. But he was adamant that the script be tweaked to increase his role and action scenes. After a few weeks of debates and arguments, both of them, who are like brothers, decided to not jeopardize their personal equation and mutually agreed to part ways on the fil.”
