Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Fitoor’ went on the floors in mid-November. After many changes, the project is finally underway with male lead Aditya Roy Kapur. News has it that the actor did some exploring around Jammu and Kashmir’s Dal Lake for the film.
Kapur was unable to shoot in the comforts of his hotel and was therefore thought to have stayed a few days on a houseboat surrounded by the crew of the film. The weather was on the cold side of around 4 or 5 degrees celsius, according to Ahmedabad Mirror. The actor was rowing up and down for a number of hours in those conditions. The city was also explored following the days on the boat and a local security personnel and some local police.
Katrina Kaif will be joining Kapur when he returns to the region in January and the two will then shoot joint portions of the movie.
The film also stars Rekha and is a Hindi adaptation of ‘Great Expectations’ by Charles Dickens.
