Aditya Pancholi who was recently arrested for a rape case, has been granted interim bail by Dindoshi Sessions Court.
Reported on CineBlitz, on 27th June, an FIR had been lodged against Pancholi by a top actress, for an incident that occurred 10 years ago. The police had registered a case under IPC section 376 at the same time, but due to the lack of evidence the case may now be weak and Pancholi received anticipatory bail.
However, on 2nd July it has emerged that there is no evidence and Dindoshi Sessions Court have granted Pancholi interim bail until 19th July. As for Pancholi, he has questioned the allegation made against him and has asked why this case has been reported only now and not at the time of the alleged incident.
