Aditya Chopra & Ranveer Singh to collaborate again?

Aditya Chopra who worked with Ranveer Singh in ‘Befikre’ (2016), is very much keen to collaborate with the actor once again.

According to DNA India, Chopra has been beavering away with his next project and he has Singh in mind to play the lead. As we know, ‘Befikre’ (2016) didn’t do to well at the box office, but that hasn’t deterred him in wanting to work with the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ (2015) star.

A source has revealed that Chopra’s next, is likely to go on floors in 2019, but will be confirmed after checking dates in Singh’s diary. “Ranveer is in the know of the project and his date diary will be worked out accordingly.”

For the Yash Raj director-producer, he has nothing but praise for the ‘Gunday’ (2014) actors work and is highly impressed with what he has seen so far. Even to the point that Chopra has compared Singh to Shah Rukh Khan in terms of his energy, brilliance, and intellect, saying it is very similar. Which is a huge compliment, considering Chopra has directed Khan for all his directorial projects stemming back to the 90’s with ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ (1995), Mohabbatein (2000) and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008). It will be interesting to see how this partnership grows in time to come.
