Aditi Rao Hydari confirms Mani Ratnam film

Mani Ratnam‘s next production is already an anticipated project because of its fantastic star cast. Latest reports now say that Aditi Rao Hydari is also joining the cast.

Hydari confirmed the news herself in an interview with Bollywood Life, while also speaking about her future projects.

“I am doing Mani sir’s next film. A very exciting project. Then I am finishing Daas Dev. Then I am doing a Telugu film with a National Award-winning director. For me, cinema about a director’s vision and that is what I am looking for. Looking forward to directors who can bring out the best in me. Hopefully, I am on the right track,” revealed the star.

The collaboration will mark a reunion between star and director. Hydari first teamed up with Ratnam for ‘Kaatru Veliyidai’ (2017). While the movie opened to average reviews her performance was noticed down south. In her earlier interviews mentioned that working with Ratnam was a dream come true. Hydari and Arvind Swamy are the only stars from the new cast that have worked with the director before.

Other cast members include, Silambarasan Rajendar, Malayalm superstar Fahaad Fasil, Jyothika Saravanan, Vijay Sethupathi and Aishwarya Rajesh.
