As reported by BizAsia in September this year, Abhishek Bachchan has been approached by Sanjay Gupta for ‘Ek Tha Gangster’.�� It is now being heard that Bachchan has been approached to play the role of Chhota Ranjan, however, the actor is yet to accept or decline the offer.
PTI quote a source as saying, “He (Bachchan) has been approached. The talks are on. He is yet to take a call.”
Gupta is currently on holiday in Goa and refused to comment on the project as of yet.�� His last release, ‘Jazbaa’ (2015), marked Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s return to the big screen but failed to live up to expectations.
