Abhishek Bachchan to play gruesome butcher in upcoming horror?
Abhishek Bachchan is set to undertake what is being described as one of his most intense and harrowing roles to date, as he joins the cast of Shanmukha Gowtham Ghantasala’s directorial debut. Ghantasala, a protégé of filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is said to be helming a bold new project that deviates sharply from mainstream conventions.
According to insider sources, Abhishek will portray a butcher, a deeply character-driven role that is expected to deliver a raw and emotionally charged performance.
A source close to the production shared, “Abhishek is thrilled and looking forward to working in a bold unconventional space. The film has moved away from the regular commercial colourful format and explored a grounded but brutally gritty storytelling.”
