Abhishek Bachchan to lead jury at Indian International Film Festival of Queensland

Abhishek Bachchan has been associated to film festivals a few times, including the London Asian Film Festival, for a number of years. However, this time the actor has been invited to inaugurate the��Indian International Film Festival of Queensland and to lead the festival’s jury, BizAsia has come to know.

A spokesperson confirmed the actor’s involvement, “Yes, Abhishek Bachchan will be leading the eminent panel as the chairman of this year�۪s jury”.

Bachchan, even when he hasn’t personally been involved, is also no stranger to the Cannes Film Festival thanks to his wife Aishwarya who has also been a part of a festival jury before.

Bachchan is currently gearing up for the release of ‘All is Well’ in August.
