Abhishek Bachchan goes lean for SLB’s next

BizaAsiaLive.com reported some time ago that Abhishek Bachchan was likely to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s production, ‘Gustaakhiyaan’ which is a story based on the life of poet Sahir Ludhianvi. The latest news suggests that actor will be essaying Ludhianvi’s character and he’s already lost weight for the role.

According to Asian Age, Bachchan has lost 12kgs. Not only that, Bachchan has been making himself familiar with Ludhianvi’s work for this Jasmeet Reen directorial.

Bachchan has been keen to work with Bhansali for some time and after so many names being in the mix for the film, it remains to be seen who bags the role of Amrita Pritam, Ludhianvi’s lover.
