Abhay Deol mortgages Juhu flat after ‘One By Two’ flop

Abhay Deol has been forced to mortgage his flat in Juhu after feeling under financial strain.

The flat, which is situated in Pandurang Co-operative Housing Society in Pandurang Wadi, Juhu. The flat is said to be reportedly worth around Rs. 3 crore.

Mid-Day reports that the financial issues resulted from his maiden production ‘One By Two’ proving a disaster at the box office, followed by the tussle with a record label for the film’s music.

Deol confirmed the developments to the publication, ���I have availed a loan for which I had to give papers for this property as surety.�۝ A source close to Deol added, ���He is currently residing in another house of his in Santacruz. He is redoing his Goa property.�۝

If the actor fails to repay the loan, the bank could seize the property and auction it off.
