Aastha TV to hold workshops in the UK
Aastha TV, India and UK’s most popular Indian spiritual channel will be taking its much renowned Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev to host a limited series of Yoga Workshops.
These landmark Yoga workshops will be taking place in the UK for the very first time, as will Swami Ramdev, who has never before left India.
Swami Ramdev was paralytic with knee problems, slip-disc and a bulging stomach before he practiced Yoga. Not only did he revive his own health through Yoga – the ancient art and science of purification and strengthening of the body, mind and soul – and Pranayam – a series of breathing techniques combined with aasan postures from ancient Indian Vedic Sciences – but through these methods, he also assists thousands of people to improve their own health.
He will be conducting his seven-day Yoga and Pranayam workshops, in four regions of England. These have been organised by Aastha TV in order to meet with the demands of the Swami Ramdev UK based followers, many of who have already travelled to India to participate and benefit from the Yoga workshops. Over the coming months, the camps will be in the following areas:
Ilford Workshop at the Elmbridge Club in Ilford Essex from the 15th – 22nd July 2006 at 6:30am – 9:30am and 5:00pm ��� 8:00pm
Leicester Workshop on the 29th July ��� 4th August 2006 at 5/5:30am ��� 8:00am and 5:00pm – 8pm (Venue TBC)
Manchester Workshop at the Bolton Indian Sports Club Darcy Lever, Manchester on the 5th August ���11th August 2006 at 6:00am to 9:00am and 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Middlesex Workshop – on the 12th ���18th August 2006 at 6:00am to 9:00am and 5:00pm to 8:00pm (Venue TBC)
