Aastha TV replaced with Disha on Sky Digital

The long-running spiritual channel, Aastha TV has been replaced on the Sky Digital platform today with yet a Hindu devotional service, Disha.

Disha, which launched in India earlier this year has fast become a favourite amongst the channels in its genre. It features gurus like Ratanjit Sondhe, Smt Jaya Row, Pujya Didi Maa Ritambharaji, Shri Jay Lakhani, Shiv Yog Shivanandji, plus others.

Disha specialises in meditation, yoga, devotional music and spiritual programmes.

It is not known why the popular channel; Aastha TV has made its sudden departure from the Sky Digital platform. Spiritual shows with Swami Ram Dev Ji have proved hugely popular with international audiences.

BizAsia.co.uk contacted Aastha TV for a response but was waiting at the time of filing this article.

Disha is available free-to-air on Sky Digital channel 807.
