‘Aashiqui’ actor Rahul Roy is back on the love scene

Actor Rahul Roy, popular for his role in��the romantic film ‘Aashiqui’ (1990), recently divorced wife Rajlaxmi Khanvilka and is now dating supermodel Sadhna Singh. The two fell in love at first sight when they met at a fashion show in Indore.

Speaking��to Mumbai Mirror, Roy said, “It seemed like I have known her since many years. But we are taking it easy and I am treating the relationship with utmost respect. She is a remarkable girl with her head on her shoulder. I really feel blessed.”

He added that there were no grudges between him and his ex-wife.

“There has been nothing ugly about it as we have parted ways on amicable terms. We have immense respect for each other, which will always remain. We spent 14 years together, and felt that it’s better to part ways with dignity. It’s sad when marriages don’t work out but having no children made separating easier,” the actor said.

Besides being back on the love scene, Roy is also set to be back to work. ��He will be seen in ‘2016 The End’, directed by Jaideep Chopra, and Pooja Bhatt’s ‘Cabaret’.
