‘Aashiqui 3’ expected to roll in 2018?

Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra are set to star in ‘Aashiqui 3’ and although this has remained in the news, it seems audiences will have to wait a little longer for the project to begin. It’s now expected to roll in 2018.

Box Office India report that the film was due to start next year but now it’ll begin in mid-2018. Director Mohit Suri has delayed the film because he wants to rewrite the screenplay. Suri, who is currently working on ‘Half Girlfriend’, doesn’t want to disappoint the audiences with the previous two films having received such applause.

Malhotra is apparently meant to play a singer in the film and Bhatt will have a twist to her part. The soundtrack is also being composed now.

Bhatt and Malhotra have been asked to keep their schedules free for the shoot in 2018 which will be done in one go.
