Aanand L Rai on ‘Zero’: “This film makes me feel very dreamy”
Aanand L. Rai is looking forward to the audience experiencing ‘Zero’ as it explores life in a different way.
The process of filming was a positive experience for the whole team according to Rai, “We have enjoyed making this film. There has been fun and guts involved. We knew that we were doing something very exciting.”, Miss Kyra reported.
“The film is about ‘let’s celebrate life in any form’. This film makes me feel very dreamy.”, Rai shared, “This film talks about the fact that ‘challenged’ people are happier than us and that we are all the same. We are all dealing with our weaknesses. Their weaknesses show, ours do not.”
“To play a vertically challenged person you need to be a very secure actor.”, Rai said about Shah Rukh Khan’s role, “Shah Rukh, as a person is actually a man who is in love with people, who really does want to romance with life. That is why it was very interesting for me to work with him.”, adding that,“He never brought that stardom on the sets and I am very fortunate that I got to spend time with him before the film touched floors. I am yet to meet the ‘superstar’.”
‘Zero’ releases on 21st December.
