Aamir Khan’s Rakesh Sharma biopic gets a name?

Aamir Khan was reportedly signed a while ago to star as astronaut Rakesh Sharma in his biopic. It seems the film has now been named.

A report in Pinkvilla suggests that makers have decided on ‘Saare Jahan Se Acha’. A source is also quoted as saying, “Since it’s a biopic on the astronaut’s life, the team wanted a name that will not only suit the biographical film but also have a patriotic feeling attached. They had two names in mind — Salute and Saare Jahan Se Acha and they are going ahead with the latter. It makes more sense”.

Sharma was the first Indian to go into space in 1984.
