Aamir Khan wants Ranveer Singh as Rakesh Sharma?

News about Aamir Khan produced biopic on Rakesh Sharma has been ongoing for some time. While most reports suggested that Khan would step into the role himself, recent buzz seems to indicate that he wants Ranveer Singh to be in the film.

According to Mid-Day, Khan and Singh have been spotted together and it seems to have fuelled rumours that they have met to discuss the film, apparently titled ‘Salute’. Nothing has been said by either party but it would definitely be an interesting development if true.

Siddharth Roy Kapur was also spotted outside Khan’s residence with Singh.
