Aamir Khan, who recently delivered Bollywood’s biggest blockbuster ever despite facing several controversies before and after releasing ‘PK’, has claimed that the publicity hungry people are considering movies easiest targets to solve their intention.

‘PK’, which showed Khan in an alien’s avatar , has raised a very strong question about people’s blind faith in self-styled godmen.

The actor made these comments when was asked to share his views about the controversy-hit films becoming big hits at the box-office. He told PTI, “When people like the film , then it becomes a hit. When we say ‘hit’, we mean people like that film . The only reason behind a hit film is that how good you have made it. And if you have made a bad movie, no matter how well you market that film, it۪s not going to do well,”

Remarking over his theory about films , Khan said, “No matter what you do, you can’t make a bad film work. And no matter what you do, you can’t kill a good film. It works both ways.”

The actor further said that people who are hankering for cheap publicity, consider films as their soft target. “It is an unfortunate fact that nowadays, every film seems to have attracted some or the other controversy. There was a case of plagiarism filed against Rajkumar Hirani for ‘PK’. The person filing the case got his name on the front page, which is what he wanted. So, it has now become easy to get publicity,”

Khan also urged media not to follow such rubbish news blindly.
