Aamir Khan to replace Hrithik Roshan in ‘Thug’?

Recently BizAsia reported that Amitabh Bachchan had opted out of Yash Raj Films’ ‘Thug’. Although the reports weren’t confirmed, it seems casting may end up being an issue for the upcoming film. New rumours suggest that Hrithik Roshan is now being replaced by none other than Aamir Khan.

It seems Roshan will be occupied with Sanjay Gupta’s ‘Kaabil’ after promotions for his next, ‘Mohenjo Daro’, are finished. As such, it seems the Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial seems to be facing major delays. This was one of the reported reasons that Bachchan is believed to have left the project.

Khan has worked with Acharya previously in ‘Dhoom 3’ (2013) and it may well be that they join hands again for this action film.
