Aamir Khan on ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ being compared to ‘Pirates’

Since its release, the trailer of the ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ has become a talking point amongst the masses.

Whilst Amitabh Bachchan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif are exceptional, Aamir Khan has yet again come up with something unique, but many have seen a resemblance to the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ series and the film is being compared heavily with the Johnny Depp starrer.

At the trailer launch, when asked about the resemblance, Deccan Chronicle reports that Khan quashed every rumor saying, “The genre is similar with Pirates, but the story isn’t.” Khan went onto say that, “The film celebrates Thugs.”

The film is set to release on Diwali this year.
