Aamir Khan takes Punjabi lessons from ‘3 Idiots’ co-star Mona Singh

With his much-awaited ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ on the horizon, Aamir Khan has apparently taken Punjabi lessons from his ‘3 idiots (2009) co-star Mona Singh.

According to Bollywood Life, Singh expressed how Khan had been taking the lessons from her in order to perfect his character. The actress is said to have a small role in the upcoming film.

Talking about being a part of it, Singh was reported taking a line out from the original film and expressing, “I am looking forward to our shoot. Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you get. For me, it’s been a box of wishes that came true. It will be exciting and challenging to play this role as it spans over a lifetime.”

The film will also star Kareena Kapoor Khan who will be adapting to the role of Jenny Curran played by Robin Wright in the original. Advait Chandan is in the director’s seat for this venture.
