Aamir Khan on his role in ‘Thugs of Hindostan’

Not much is known about ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ and in true Aamir Khan style, it seems the film’s details are being kept under wraps as much as possible. Khan recently spoke about his role and the experience on being the character.

“Thugs of Hindostan is a big action-adventure film. There’s no message in that. I am playing a character who cannot be trusted at all – [so it’s the] very opposite of Dangal … He’s a very slippery character. He has no scruples at all – for money he can sell his mother out. He’s like that,” said the actor, talking to the South China Morning Post.

He added, “But [the character] is a very entertaining guy. So it’s a very entertaining kind of a film. No message this time. Just have a good time”.

Along with Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh are a part of the Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial.
