Aamir Khan & Rajkumar Hirani plan to reunite with ‘3 Idiots’ sequel?

When Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’ (2009) released, it took the film industry by storm and went on to do outstanding business. The film’s leading actor, Aamir Khan, has recently stated that the filmmaker is now possibly planning a sequel.

Speaking to PTI, Khan said, “Raju (Rajkumar Hirani) some time ago mentioned that he has found a story for 3 Idiots (sequel), so maybe we will reunite soon. Don’t make it as a breaking news.”

Besides Khan, ‘3 Idiots’ also starred R Madhavan, Sharman Joshi and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

‘3 Idiots’ was based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel ‘Five Point Someone’.����After the success of the film, many filmmakers went on to make movies based on Bhagat’s other novels.
