Aaj Tak pulls out the stops for Narendra Modi in London coverage

India’s No.1 Hindi news channel, Aaj Tak has pulled out all the stops to ensure it has unrivalled coverage of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s London visit.

Modi, who arrived in London today, is on a four-day whirlwind tour a part of the Commonwealth activities. He attended the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London and also held ‘Bharat Ki Baat’ in Westminster.

As a part of the plans, a spokesperson for Aaj Tak told BizAsiaLive.com , “A special studio has been set up for the specials in New Delhi where prominent guests like former diplomats Shiv Shankar Mukherjee and Shiv Rajiv Dogra and foreign affairs editor Geeta Mohan will be highlighting the significance of the visit. Our UK bureau Chief Loveena Tandon and India Today’s consulting Editor Rajdeep Sardesai are providing on the spot updates from London.”

Aaj Tak has split its UK feed from India, for the special coverage – A rare move, where Aaj Tak usually feeds off its India output.
