Hindi news broadcaster, Aaj Tak has appointed new media agency Mans Media to look after the channel’s UK local sales on an exclusive basis.
Mans Media is an advertising and marketing agency specialising in TV, print and outdoor in traditional media with operations in India and UK. The agency claims to be particularly strong in Digital Media offering 360 degrees solutions to clients in UK.
Mainstream sales of the channel will continue to be handled by MEMS (Multicultural and Ethnic Media Sales).

The channel according to BARB, is a very popular news channel reaching consistently more than 300,000 viewers weekly on BSkyB. Aaj Tak, which broadcasts free-to-air on Sky Digital channel 818 is available between 06:00 – 18:00 and then timeshares with sister English news channel, Headlines Today between 18:00 and 06:00.
According to latest viewing figures supplied by official body, BARB, Aaj Tak regularly attracts over 300,000 viewers per week.
