Overnights: BBC Two’s Bollywood show loses viewers on Monday

The concluding second episode of ‘Bollywood: The World’s Biggest Film Industry’ was the least watched show in the 21:00 slot on Monday night amongst the five terrestrial TV channels, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The documentary fronted by Anita Rani, was watched by 735,900 viewers – down considerably on 886,300 viewers it garnered last Monday for its first episode. The channel’s slot share dwindled to 3.93% from 5.15% last week.

In comparison in the same slot, ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ on BBC One was watched by 3.3 million viewers, ‘Lewis’ on ITV1 attracted 1.5 million viewers, ‘Saving Poundstretcher’ on Channel 4 with 1.1 million viewers and ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ on Channel 5 with 1.2 million viewers.
