Overnights: Star Plus reignites war on Thursday with huge leap

Star Plus was back to its old ways in UK ratings after it trounced rivals with a huge share, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus’ share was at 0.25% with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ proving a huge draw with 117,500 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Mariam Khan’ with 98,300 viewers at 19:00, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 18:30 with 89,900 viewers, ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 20:00 with 88,100 viewers, ‘Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye’ (former Life OK show) with 62,900 viewers at 18:00, ‘Mummy Ka Magic’ at 17:30 with 57,200 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 21:00 with 52,500 viewers and ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 40,600 viewers.

Hum TV upped its share to 0.12% with ‘Ki Jana Main Kaun’ at 22:00 with 59,100 viewers, followed by ‘Taiwan’ at 20:00 with 35,100 viewers and ‘Aik Larki Aam Si’ with 32,700 viewers at 19:00.

Surprisingly Prime TV moved up to No.3 with an impressive share of 0.10%. It was the channel’s post midnight schedule that attracted an average 34,400 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television fetched a share of 0.09%. The channel’s biggest shows were ‘Mere Sai’ with 35,000 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:30 with 30,300 viewers and ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ repeat at 14:30 with 20,100 viewers.

Colors also increased its share to 0.07% with ‘Silsila’ pulling in 68,900 viewers, followed by ‘Dev 2’ at 22:30 with 65,900 viewers and ‘Bepannaah’ with 42,700 viewers at 21:30.

Rishtey attracted a share of 0.06% with ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 pulling in 31,800 viewers, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 21:00 with 25,900 viewers.

ZEE TV stayed low with a share of 0.02%. Its top shows were ‘Zindagi Ki Mehek’ at 18:30 with 23,500 viewers, followed by ‘Aapke Aa Jane Se’ at 21:00 with 6,300 viewers.
