Akshay Kumar confirms walking out of ‘Mogul’

Excitement surrounding Akshay Kumar signing for Aamir Khan Productions’ ‘Mogul’ seems to have short-lived after the actor confirmed he is no longer a part of the project.

As Hindustan Times reports, the actor and the filmmaker couldn’t seem to be on the same page about the Gulshan Kumar biopic, where Kumar saw no other option but drop the film. Whilst talking to the media, when he was asked about the film, Kumar revealed, “No I am not part of it. I am not doing it. Script pe humari thodi baat.. (We did not agree on the script).”

He had also denied rumours of being signed for Karan Johar’s forthcoming film opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with sequels of other films that he had been rumoured to be a part of.

However, fans have nothing to fear about as Kumar will soon be seen sharing the screen with non other than Rajinikanth in ‘2.0’ where Kumar will be seen playing an ultimate villain. The film is slated for release on 29th November.
