Overnights: Star Plus & Hum TV share No.1 position on Tuesday
Star Plus’ downfall, was Hum TV’s gain in Tuesday’s UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .
Star Plus’ share fell to 0.14%, which was on par with Hum TV. Star Plus’ primetime shows also dropped in viewership on Tuesday with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 staying top with 68,200 viewers, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 57,400 viewers and ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 18:30 with 38,500 viewers.
Hum TV stayed strong with its Ramadan programming. Its top performers included ‘Kankar’ at 21:30 with 47,700 viewers, followed by ‘Maa Sadqay’ at 19:00 with 45,600 viewers and ‘Adhan-e-Isha’ at 22:30 with 45,300 viewers.
Sony Entertainment Television was in third with a share of 0.06%, followed by Rishtey with 0.05%, ZEE TV, Geo TV and Colors with 0.04%. ‘Tu Aashiqui’ at 20:30 was Colors’ top show with 23,100 viewers. New show ‘Roop – Mard Ka Naya Swaroop’ pulled in 11,300 viewers.
