Manish Malhotra denies relationship rumours with Karan Johar

After posting his special birthday message for filmmaker Karan Johar last week, rumours were rife that an alleged relationship maybe brewing between him and fashion designer Manish Malhotra. However, when questioned, Malhotra was quick in denying it all.

Where everyone from the film fraternity wished Johar their best, according to Deccan Chronicle, it was Malhotra’s message that Johar was quick to respond to that sparked the rumours. Talking of how much they love and admire each other, somewhat raised a few eyebrows, however, as the report suggests, Malhotra expressed how there was no such relationship between them, and referred to Johar as a brother.

Johar was inundated with messages and wishes from his nearest and dearest, most of whom share a close relationship with the filmmaker. If this is anything to go by, it seems someone maybe reading into things a little too much.
