Navin Kundra announces first UK concert
Award winning singer and entertainer, Navin Kundra has just announced his first solo UK Concert, “Voice Of Legends” presented by Sony TV, taking place on 22nd June 2018 at the Beck Theatre in Hayes, London.
Aimed at Bollywood music lovers, this concert is a riveting 3 hour extravaganza of music and dance featuring classic songs performed by the legendary playback singers of Bollywood from the 1960s to the 1980s. The concert has already been a success in Holland and now Kundra feels it’s time to tour the show across the UK with a further date to be announced in Leicester.
Kundra will be supported by his renowned live band, The 515 Crew, Bollywood celebrity choreographer, Shiamak Davar’s dance team, talented vocalist, Ambika Jois, and surprise guest singers to ensure this will be an elevating experience full of vibrant colour and culture.
Along with timeless songs performed by the iconic Bollywood singers such as, Kishore Kumar, Mohammed Rafi and Lata Mangeshkar, Navin will also perform a selection of his own chart-topping hits including “Tere Liye” and “Mehbooba”.
2018 has already been a busy one for Kundra. It has seen him complete shooting for his first ever Bollywood movie, being nominated for the ITV Soap awards ‘Best Scene of the Year’ for his BBC ‘Doctors’ feature, and scoring his 3rd consecutive Top 15 UK Urban Charts Hit with ‘Burning Slow’. However, Kundra refuses to rest on his laurels and last week also released his new love song, “Ishq Humara” whilst organising the concert. The single is now available for download from iTunes, Amazon Music and for streaming on Spotify.
The “Voice of Legends” Concert is Kundra’s first venture into event organising and promoting. It is further supported by Asian Star Radio, Hiten Ondhia Photography and MnM Consultancy. Speaking about the show, Kundra said, “It’s a dream project for me to have my own concert where I’ll perform these classic songs that inspired me to become a singer. They will forever hold a special place in people’s hearts and so I invite you all to an unforgettable night out where you can enjoy these eternal songs in a way you’ve never heard or seen before. We’ll sing, dance, laugh and even cry together as I perform this grand homage to some of the greatest singers in the world at ‘Voice Of Legends – The Concert’. See you there!”
