Saif Ali Khan: “I have been in talks with Luv Ranjan for a comedy”

Known for his diverse and experimental choices in films, Saif Ali Khan wants to go back to doing comedy.

“I would love to do a comedy at this moment. I have done my share of dramatic, arty stuff. I guess it will be great if a good fun film comes along. Even I have been thinking about it, actually.”, Khan told DNA.

The actor is actively pursuing a film in the genre, “I have been in talks with Luv Ranjan for a comedy.”, Khan revealed, adding, “We haven’t finalized the movie yet. It’s a comedy, in which I play a father. He is still working it out, so it’s too early to say anything. But we are definitely doing it.”

Khan is working on a comedy script – the sequel to ‘Go Goa Gone’ (2013) – with his own production house as well, “We have got an idea, but the team is still writing it. We plan to start ‘Go Goa Gone 2’ next year. It will also be in that fun, comedy space.”
