SRK-Kajol-Rani to reunite for ‘Koffee with Karan 6’ episode?

Karan Johar’s chatshow ‘Koffee with Karan’ is apparently meant to be back for the sixth season and it could well be later this year. News has it that the season’s opening episode could see the reunion of Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji.

Although it’s not confirmed, it’s thought that the trio could be seen together when the show begins airing in October, which is the month that also marks 20 years of ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, which was directed by Johar. A source is quoted by Filmfare, “One may argue that the combination lacks novelty, but it scores on nostalgic value. The line-up is yet to be drawn. It’s still in the brainstorming stage. A lot of names are being tossed around and it’s too early to say”.

A confirmation will no doubt arrive nearer the time. In the meantime, excitement will definitely increase at the prospect of the three coming together again – albeit on the small screen.
