Johnny Baweja’s ‘Rainbow Jelly’ is the story of a special child
Johnny Baweja, who featured in ‘A Scandall’, is all set with his next movie, called ‘Rainbow Jelly’.
The Bengali film, by Soukarya Goshal, is about a special child who is an autistic orphan. Baweja is quoted by Mid-Day, in a statement, “He doesn’t deserve to be pitied. He deserves to be a hero. And he’s going to be an inspiration to so many special children. He’s done a great job, he’s very intelligent! This movie will make you laugh, cry, hate, love, it takes you on an emotional rollercoaster ride”.
“When you make a movie, you have to choose whether you want to make a good film or a good project. I believe in making a good film. Revenues will follow,” Baweja added.
The Indigenous production, which is slated for release on 25th May, features a real-life autistic child in the main role. Baweja has joined as co-producer.
